Abstract

This article explores the national and spiritual characteristics of lexical borrowings in the English language. The study analyzes the origins, semantic and stylistic shifts of borrowed words, and how these words are integrated into the cultural context of English-speaking societies. Borrowings are examined as linguistic reflections of intercultural communication, identity, and globalization.
