Abstract

This article analyzes the development of students’ technical competencies in preparing competitive personnel to meet modern labor-market requirements. The author’s scientific approach emphasizes dual education, modular learning, and integration of education with production as core factors for readying technical-field students for professional practice. The article also highlights innovative measures drawn from international experience, underscores the significance of a competency-based approach, and proposes mechanisms for effectively training specialists who satisfy labour-market needs.
