Mazkur maqolada mehnat bozorining zamonaviy talablariga mos, raqobatbardosh kadrlarni tayyorlash jarayonida talabalarning texnik kompetentligini kasbiy faoliyatga tayyorlashda dual ta’lim tizimi, modulli o‘qitish va ta’lim-ishlab chiqarish integratsiyasi asosiy omillar sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, maqolada xalqaro ta’lim tajribalari asosida texnik tayyorgarlikni rivojlantirishning innovatsion omillari, kompetensiyaga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuvning ahamiyati hamda mehnat bozori ehtiyojlariga mos mutaxassis tayyorlashning samarali mexanizmlari yoritilgan.
