Ushbu maqolada Karl R.Rojersning shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim falsafasida o‘quvchiga bo‘lgan ishonch tamoyilini ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Rojers ta’lim jarayonida o‘quvchining erkin tanlovi, mustaqil qaror qabul qilishi va shaxsiy mas’uliyatini rivojlantirish uchun o‘qituvchi tomonidan bildiriladigan ishonchning hal qiluvchi o‘ringa ega ekanligini ta’kidlaydi. Maqolada Rojersning empatiya, samimiyat va shartsiz qabul kabi tamoyillari chuqur yoritilib, zamonaviy ilmiy nazariyalar va empirik tadqiqotlar bilan qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. Shu bilan birga, Paulo Freire va B.F.Skinner kabi olimlarning tanqidlari orqali Rojers yondashuvining kuchli va zaif tomonlari muhokama qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, o‘quvchiga bo‘lgan ishonch ta’limni insonparvarlik asosida tashkil etish uchun zarur, biroq uni zamonaviy kontekst va ijtimoiy omillar bilan uyg‘unlashtirish muhimdir.
