Abstract

The most characteristic manifestations of the activity of medium molecular weight peptides (MMPs) are disturbances in the functions of biological membranes. By changing the structural and functional characteristics of cell membranes, peptides also have an inhibitory effect on the functioning of the hemostasis system. Therefore, we studied their effect on the blood coagulation system and biological membranes to characterize the isolated peptide fractions.
