Pregnant women with preeclampsia have signs of impaired blood clotting, the development of thrombocytopathy and coagulopathy of consumption in combination with a decrease in the anticoagulant and fibrinolytic potential of the blood. In the analysis of platelet aggregation in patients with preeclampsia, a general assessment of aggregation made it possible to establish the presence of platelet hyperfunction.
