Abstract

This article presents a clinical and pathomorphological analysis of various gastric resection techniques used in bariatric surgery. The study evaluates the impact of different resection methods on gastric tissues, overall body function, weight loss efficacy, postoperative complications, and metabolic outcomes. Special attention is given to the morphofunctional characteristics of the stomach and pathomorphological features, which play a crucial role in selecting the optimal resection method for each patient. The results demonstrate that a personalized approach based on clinical and pathomorphological parameters enhances surgical safety, reduces the risk of postoperative complications, and ensures more effective weight reduction. The article also discusses the advantages and limitations of different resection techniques, as well as the importance of preserving gastric structure and function during surgery.
