Abstract

This article analyzes the challenges of optimizing anesthesia during simultaneous operations in the abdominal and pelvic cavities (two or more surgical interventions performed concurrently). Simultaneous operations require the execution of numerous surgical procedures in a coordinated manner while maintaining physiological balance. Therefore, the appropriate selection of anesthesia type, depth, duration, and monitoring system is crucial in ensuring patient safety and successful surgical outcomes. The study highlights the effectiveness of combined anesthesia, multimodal analgesia, individualized dosing, hemodynamic monitoring, and the use of modern anesthesia equipment.
