Abstract

This article analyzes the pathomorphological changes observed in kidney tissues in relation to the course of cerebrovascular diseases in patients aged 35-45. Conditions involving cerebral circulation disorders, including pathologies associated with stroke, discirculatory encephalopathy, and arterial hypertension, cause complex morphological and histopathological changes in the nephrocirculatory system. The study elucidates the pathogenesis of glomerular sclerosis, tubulointerstitial dystrophies, endothelial dysfunction, and microcirculatory changes, as well as their correlation with clinical and biochemical indicators.
