Annotasiya

Maqolada bolalar va o‘smirlarda xavf omillarining shakllanishiga maktab oziq-ovqat muhitining ta’siriga bag‘ishlangan zamonaviy tadqiqotlar sharhi keltirilgan. 2020–2025 yillardagi xalqaro va milliy nashrlar ma’lumotlari, shuningdek, Samarqand shahri va Jambay tumani maktablarida o‘tkazilgan mahalliy tadqiqotlar natijalari tahlil qilingan. Maktab muhitining asosiy komponentlari ko‘rib chiqilgan: ovqatlanishni tashkil etish, mahsulotlar turi va sifati, marketing ta’siri, jismoniy faollik uchun infratuzilma va ichimlik suviga kirish imkoniyati. Balanslashgan maktab oziq-ovqat siyosati bolalarda infeksiyaga bog‘liq bo‘lmagan kasalliklar xavf omillarining tarqalishini kamaytirishga yordam beradi, jumladan ortiqcha vazn, gipodinamiya va noto‘g‘ri ovqatlanish. Bolalarda sog‘lom ovqatlanish odatlarini shakllantirish va semirishning oldini olishga qaratilgan xalqaro dasturlarga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Jamoat salomatligi nuqtai nazaridan maktab infratuzilmasi va oziq-ovqat muhitini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar keltirilgan.
