Abstract

In today's developing world, the primary factor in the development of any country is the economy.  In the economy, social factors play a special role in increasing labor efficiency, labor accounting and productivity.  Social factors include wages, working hours, vacations, and other conditions.  In this article, the author discusses in detail the social factors that contribute to the effective increase of labor productivity, provides details and examples from the views of foreign experts.
