In this article, the basis is that today the development of the occupational health and safety management system (OSS) in organizations has practically stopped. And in many areas of activity, especially in private enterprises, there is a big gap in understanding the purpose and objectives of labor protection. According to the authors, this condition is caused by the acute incompetence of employers and employees. And also, the partial incompleteness of the current SUOT. As a result of the above, there are risks to the life and health of employees, and the loss of their ability to work. Because of this, the global GDP loses from 4% to 5% of GDP per year from the loss of workers' ability to work. At the same time, with long-term disability, losses in GDP can reach 10%.
In the course of studying the issue, the authors came to the conclusion that the popularization of the practice of using external labor protection management (outsourcing) is an important step. Especially to address the issue of workers' safety in private enterprises. But, in Uzbekistan, the offered market of services in the field of labor protection outsourcing is very scarce, only 5 organizations throughout the Republic can offer this type of services. One of the reasons for this is the rather controversial and ambiguous interaction of outsourcers and internal services in the organization. As a consequence of the fact that the QMS covers almost all processes in the organization of the economic activity of the enterprise. During the analysis, in the main part of the article, possible proposals are proposed to improve the interaction of internal management processes and external outsourcing of labor protection.
