The article discusses the role and importance of communication skills in the activities of law enforcement officers, which is one of the most pressing problems of management psychology. In it, the author gives important information about the process of communication between law enforcement officers and the population, its types and organizational ethics. The author emphasizes that this problem is still relevant today, and its study poses important tasks for psychologists.
