Abstract

The article deals role of the institute of mediation in labor relations, as well as the issues of the institute of mediation in the termination of an employment contract, and also studied the regulation of this institution in other foreign countries. The specifics of the mediation institute and the issues of its application in labor relations are also analyzed.
