Abstract

The child's right to genealogy, that is, the child's right to know about his ancestors, is considered an important universal human right and value. Because everyone has the right to build a life path, knowing who their ancestors are, rely on their past, be proud of their ancestors, and build their future on this basis. Lineage is one of the criteria used to select a person's first and last name. In addition, the pedigree has a certain influence on entry into family relationships. Also, knowledge of the child's pedigree plays an important role in determining his family ties and, on this basis, in determining his rights and obligations with his relatives.
