Abstract

In accelerated digitalization, legal obligations in social networks are becoming a key aspect of civil law. They are a complex issue that requires the continuous adaptation of legislation to the rapidly changing digital world. The general characteristics of these legal relationships are determined by the terms of use and the user agreement that govern the relationship between the user and the social network. This study highlights the importance of studying and regulating the law of obligations in the context of social networks in order to ensure fairness, protect user rights, and effectively function in the digital society.
