Annotasiya

Shiddat bilan rivojlanib borayotgan raqamlashtirish davrida ijtimoiy tarmoqlardagi majburiyat-huquqiy munosabatlar fuqarolik qonunchiligi tartibga solishi zarur bo‘lgan dolzarb masalalardan biriga aylanmoqda. Ayni paytda mazkur munosabatlar tez o‘zgarib borayotgan raqamli dunyoga qonunchilikni uzluksiz moslashtirishni talab qiladigan murakkab masala hisoblanadi. Ushbu huquqiy munosabatlarni umumiy xususiyatlari foydalanish shartlari hamda foydalanuvchi va ijtimoiy tarmoq o‘rtasidagi munosabatlarni tartibga soluvchi foydalanuvchi shartnomasi bilan belgilanadi. Ushbu tadqiqot qonuniylikni ta’minlash uchun ijtimoiy tarmoqlar kontekstida majburiyat-huquqiy munosabatlarini o‘rganish va tartibga solishning ahamiyatini hamda raqamli jamiyatning samarali faoliyat yuritishida tarmoq foydalanuvchilarning huquqlarini himoya qilish muhimligini ta’kidlaydi.
