Abstract

With the spread of Islam in Central Asia in the 7th-8th centuries, the problem of poverty began to be approached with broader and stronger religious ideas than in previous religions. Islam is a religion that requires Muslims to perform not only physical but also financial prayers. The works of Eastern thinkers and various religious views theoretically substantiate the issue of helping the poor and needy, not oppressing them, but leading them out of poverty. The existence of a large number of poor people harms the stability of the state and society, and the first ideas that allow poor people to own property in the country are the views of Mazdak ibn Hamdadani, the founder of the religious and philosophical doctrine. Mazdak, common in Iran, Central Asia and Azerbaijan.
