Abstract

This scientific article investigates the effectiveness of project-based learning (PBL) technology in fostering a healthy lifestyle culture among future teachers. The study explores the integration of PBL technologies into the pedagogical process, emphasizing their significance and efficacy in shaping healthy lifestyle habits. Through an examination of theoretical foundations, methodological approaches, and empirical research, the findings confirm the effectiveness of PBL technologies in promoting a healthy lifestyle culture for both teachers and students. The article analyzes the role of project activities within the educational process, highlighting their social, psychological, and pedagogical impacts. It also examines their contribution to developing skills in key areas such as proper nutrition, physical activity, psychological stability, and the avoidance of harmful habits. Additionally, the study provides recommendations for the implementation of PBL technologies in the education system, their integration into curricula, and suggestions for enhancing modern pedagogical practices.
