Abstract

The article also outlines the advantages of utilizing innovative technologies, modern management models, and advanced international experiences in human resource management within higher educational institutions. The author proposes methods for developing competitive personnel in higher education and ensuring their professional growth. Additionally, the article presents existing challenges and offers scientifically grounded suggestions and recommendations for addressing them.
