Abstract

This article examines the impact of modern coaching methods on the effectiveness of qualimetric assessment of professional methodological competencies among higher education students. The study analyzes the distinctive aspects and outcomes of applying the "double circle coaching" method in practical classes on the topic of "Fish" in zoology. The author aims to substantiate that using coaching techniques allows for a more objective, in-depth, and multifaceted evaluation of future teachers' methodological preparation, practical skills, and professionally significant qualities. The article reveals the potential of coaching not only for developing competencies but also as a tool for accurately measuring and assessing the level of their formation.
