This article presents a developed system of pedagogical conditions aimed at fostering interest in science within online and hybrid educational environments. The system proposed by the author encompasses didactic, technological, psychological-pedagogical, social, and monitoring factors. Based on experimental studies, the practical effectiveness of this system was analyzed, revealing an increase in students' motivation for science and active participation. The article outlines methods for personalizing the educational process using modern educational technologies.
