Abstract

This article examines the issue of addressing speech limitations encountered in preschool-aged children. The aim of the research is to compare traditional speech therapy approaches with modern methods and scientifically substantiate their effectiveness. During the study, control and experimental groups consisting of 40 children were formed, and various activities were conducted over a 6-month period. In the experimental group, multimedia technologies, interactive games, a communicative approach, multisensory exercises, and elements of art therapy were employed. The results demonstrated that modern methods significantly improved speech development indicators: phonetic-phonemic development increased from 40% to 83%, grammatical accuracy improved to 75%, and vocabulary expanded by 40%. The study confirmed the high effectiveness of modern methods and led to the development of practical recommendations for organizing speech therapy work in preschool educational institutions.
