Abstract

This article provides an in-depth analysis of effective management of innovation processes in the school education system. To improve educational quality, cultivate students as creative, independent thinkers, and develop knowledge and skills that meet modern requirements, it is crucial to manage innovation processes deliberately and strategically. The article examines the scientific and theoretical foundations for implementing innovation, the mechanisms for organizing innovation activities, and pathways to achieve efficiency. It highlights key factors such as strategic planning, capacity building for teaching staff, the use of modern information and communication technologies, and the introduction of monitoring and evaluation systems into the educational process. Drawing on advanced international experience, the article analyzes ways to improve innovation management and offers recommendations for adapting these practices to the context of Uzbekistan’s school education. The findings indicate that scientifically grounded management of innovation processes enhances school effectiveness, expands opportunities to prepare students as competitive professionals, and strengthens the national education system’s prestige internationally.
