Abstract

The article explores various ways and methods of fostering a positive attitude towards health through physical fitness training among elementary school students. The focus is on identifying effective pedagogical technologies and practices that contribute to promoting a healthy lifestyle in children. The article presents the results of research conducted in several elementary schools, along with a review of the relevant literature. Conclusions emphasize the importance of incorporating physical education and health training into the educational process to enhance the overall physical and psychological well-being of students.
