The study examines the pathogenetic role of endogenous intoxication in the development and progression of chronic tubulointerstitial nephritis (CTIN) in children. Based on the analysis of clinical and biochemical parameters in 120 pediatric patients aged 4-15 years, the research identifies the relationship between protein metabolism disturbances and the intensity of endogenous intoxication. The results indicate that both latent and recurrent forms of CTIN are associated with increased levels of medium-molecular toxins, which play a significant role in renal tissue damage, inflammation, and metabolic imbalance. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of CTIN pathogenesis and may serve as a basis for improving diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in pediatric nephrology.
