Abstract

This article provides a scientific and theoretical justification for the role and practical importance of kalokagathia qualities in the personal and professional development of future primary-school teachers. It highlights the integration of the "KAMOL" model and the "Kalokagathic Integration–4D" method into the pedagogical process, their application in the modern educational environment, and their effectiveness.
