Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations, practical opportunities, and effectiveness factors of motivational management in organizing students’ innovative activities. In modern education, stimulating creative thinking, innovation, and initiative plays a crucial role in shaping competitive and highly skilled learners. The findings demonstrate that the correct application of motivational management tools significantly increases students’ innovative potential.
